Exceptional Service From Keaton

I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know that I received exceptional service last night from Keaton. I had a problem with the main breaker in my home arcing and constantly tripping as a result. I have elderly parents living with me and unable to manage themselves in a dark home at night. Keaton initially tried to help me troubleshoot the problem, but when it became clear that there was a much bigger issue he promptly and without hesitation came to my home at almost 11 PM on Friday night. In the absence of being able to get a new breaker due to the late hour, Keaton was able to come up with a creative permanent solution and restore power. Keaton was professional, knowledgeable, and creative. He is definitely an asset to your company and if I have future electrical needs I will be calling to request him.

You lifted our facility to a Tier 3 redundant power plant with a project that was “on time,” “on budget”, and most of all with limited downtime. Restaurant Thanks

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the way Integrity Electrical has serviced our restaurant. Since we began utilizing your services we have had nothing but positive experiences from the kindness and urgency with which our calls are handled to the technicians that come and perform the work.

Most recently I wanted to let you know what a great job Steve did for us. We were having some major electrical problems with our breakers and some outside signage. Steve came in and began by asking questions to try and find the problem. He spent countless hours here and was great at explaining what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. In the end, our problems were fixed and we have not had any issues since. Steve should be commended for his great people skills as well as his electrical skills. To make a great employee it takes not only knowledge in the industry, but a way with the customers you are working with and Steve encompasses it all. We would be pleased to have Steve at our restaurant anytime.

Bodywerx Lights and Savings

I want to thank you for spending the time to show me the value of replacing my old fluorescents with the Super T8 lamps. I couldn’t believe how hot the “old” ballasts ran, I couldn’t hold them in my hands! I love the natural color they give off. I have twice the light and I’m showing a 23% savings in my electric bill. I’ll recover the cost of the retrofit in about 20 months. You showed up on time, installed a switch without additional cost and completed the work in one day. The only way I knew you were here was by the brightness of my club (no debris anywhere).
