Excellence
I respect and appreciate excellence so much that it is one of our guiding values. I want to personally thank a couple of our apprentices, Noe Flores and Rob Engleberth. They have continued what Michael did last year and were excellent in their performance at IEC, winning top apprentice awards. Hats off to both of you. Keep up the good work. It’s good for Integrity and good for your career.
I also want to thank Dustin Ditri for the cajones to voice his opinion to me and stand up for what he truly believes, even though I still think he’s incorrect, but he’s going to prove his position to me. I value all of your opinions and will readily admit I don’t know everything. Nothing is “just so because I’m the boss”. Questioning things lets me know you’re thinking and we need all of your brains. Dustin is now a couple of inches taller in my book.
