We Celebrate Each Other

We make a big deal when an employee is commended by a customer! Every time, the employee is recognized in front of peers, given a small gift, and the customer commendation is framed and hung in our Hall of Fame.

I got into this trade because I enjoy the work, solving problems, and building things that last. But over the years, I’ve learned that the people you work with matter just as much as the work itself. I’ve worked for Integrity since I was a third-year apprentice, and now I’m proud to say I have my master’s license. The entire leadership team came to my graduation at IECRM, which meant a lot to me. Mike and Rachael have been instrumental in my growth as both a person and an electrician! The first thing you’ll notice is that everyone cares about every job. There’s no separation between the office and the field, which I appreciate. Personally, I love running projects for them and the feeling of support that comes with it!
