The new headquarters building for the Global Down Syndrome Foundation, located in Cherry Creek is a 5-story, 60,486 SF building with two levels of below-grade parking with mixed use on grade level, three floors of office space, a residence level and features a landscaped roof deck and community room. This project marks Integrity’s first $1.5 – $2.0 million dollar project and required intense planning and coordination among trades and with all the low-voltage subcontractors who were part of our contract.
