Rachael takes great pride in what has been built together and genuinely loves seeing the company, its culture, and its people continue to grow and succeed.
Rachael measures success not only by the quality of work delivered, but by the growth, confidence, and long-term success of the people behind it. Her leadership philosophy is simple: invest in people, prioritize safety, communicate with integrity, and create opportunities for others to succeed. These values define the culture at Integrity Electrical Solutions and guide everything the company does.
