Through her involvement with organizations such as IECRM, ABC, AGC, and HCC, she has remained deeply engaged in workforce development, industry collaboration, and the advancement of the trades.

For the past several years, Rachael has served as Owner/CEO of Integrity Electrical Solutions, leading the company with a people-first mindset and an unwavering commitment to safety, accountability, and excellence. She continues to bring the same passion for the industry today as she did when she first started—still energized by the work, the people, and the impact the company makes.
